We develop the optimal procurement strategy for each project and ensure that the guidelines laid down by European and national law\u2014including regional public procurement law.<\/p>\n<p>We support tenderers in the proper legal submission of applications and offerings and review procurementdocuments for possible infringements of procurement law.<\/p>\n<p>We concentrate our work to procurement areas with technological emphasis such as construction projects&nbsp; and consulting services (e.g. procurement in privatization projects, consulting related to large infrastructure projects such as airports, highways etc.).<br \/>examples of our recent advisory activity:<\/p>\n<p>Rendering legal advice to a community on planning procurement (Master Plan) subsequent to an architctural competetion<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advising on demand for return of subsidies subsequent to infringements of procuremant law<\/li>\n<li>Roll-Out BOS-digital radio <\/li>\n<li>Advising on public tender for electricity and gas<\/li>\n<li>legal advice on procurement of cleaning and waste disposal services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We focus on legally sound conception and implementation of procurement processes.
