This includes the planning, design, manufacture, and sales of both traditional and high-tech products, modern service performance techniques, construction work, and the interface with the corporate organization.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, he regularly trains staff at renowned companies on the topics of product safety and product liability.<\/p>\n<p>In 2008\/2009, he worked as a legal advisor during the German-Chinese rule of law dialogue administered by the GIZ in Beijing and has advised various agencies of the Chinese government on rule of law compliance issues.<\/p>\n<p>Claudius Eisenberg furthermore was appointed Professor of Business Law at Pforzheim University and was for many years the data protection officer of the university.
